Terms and Conditions

  1. Please input the accurate personal information when making a reservation, otherwise hospital/clinic may not be able to recognize your reservation.
  2. After paying for the reservation fee, RubikHealth will send you the unique reservation ID.
  3. After receive the reservation ID, please wait for the confirmation on appointment and consultation (if any) date and time.
  4. It is suggested to print out the confirmation letter from email and present it at the hospital/clinic.
  5. In case of reservation modification, please go to My Reservation (fees may apply accordingly). Any postpone can be made, but the postpone date cannot be more than 30 days from the original appointment date.
  6. In case of cancellation, the refund policy varies according to different service providers. Please pay attention to the detailed condition before booking. Refund process will take about 7-15 days according to bank policy respectively.
  7. For consultation after treatment, please directly contact with hospital/clinic for professional advice.
