Procedure

  • 4D Fattransfer Techniques for fat replenishment that can penetrate deep into the spot, even the delicate part like under the eyes. This new technology can also release a small amount of fat molecules, resulting in more effective fat injection than regular fat injections.

*** Micro fat injection may be performed alone or in combination with other procedures, such as a facelift, brow lift or eyelid surgery to enhance results.

Preoperative
  • Stop smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages four weeks before and after surgery for healing the wound faster.
  • Abstain from aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E and supplements two weeks before surgery to prevent the severe bleeding.
  • Notify any medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc. including any usage of a drug or dietary supplements.
Recovery
  • Compression dressings are placed over both the harvest and grafting areas after the procedure.
  • Bruising and swelling typically last 2-3 weeks and will be gradually improved every day.
  • Social activities can be restarted after about one week with a little makeup to camouflage any residual swelling.
