1st Payment: 100,000 THB - Payable upon start of Pre-Checkup

  • Includes ultrasound (1) procedure before the stimulation phase
  • Includes blood test (1) Male; Anti-HIV, VDRL, Hepatitis B, ABO, RH, CBC, Hb Typing and Female; Anti HIV, VDRL, Hepatitis B, Rubella igG, ABO, RH, CBC, Hb Typing
  • Includes hormone blood test (1) Male; Testosterone, PSA, DHEA-S and Female; FSH, LH, Prolactin, E2, P4, AMH - Includes a total stimulation amount of 1,500 IU (medication costs charged separately if additional stimulation required)
  • Includes Cetrotide (2) to block premature ovulation (medication costs charged separately if additional is required) - Includes Ovidrel (1) to stimulate the release of a mature eggs

2nd Payment: 200,000 THB - Payable prior to Ovum Pick Up

  • Sperm collection and analysis - Ovum pick up (OPU) procedure
  • ICSI fertilization for all viable eggs - Blastocyst culture to Day 5
  • Includes endometrial preparation medication: Progynova (112), Cyclogest (12), Prednisolone(10), Utrogestan (6), Vitamin C (6), Aspirin (6), Folate (6) and IVF-C (5,000 IU)
  • Includes hormone blood test (4) prior to embryo transfer - Includes post-OPU ultrasound (3) procedures prior to embryo transfer
  • Include chromosome testing via NGS (5 embryos) - Include blastocyst freezing (8 embryos)
  • Include Sperm freezing (4 tubes) - Includes all related doctor's fees

3rd Payment: 85,000 THB - Payable prior to 1st Embryo Transfer (Fresh or Frozen)

  • Includes embryo thawing (3 embryos) - Embryo transfer (ET) procedure (1)
  • Includes post-ET endometrial preparation medication: Progynova (84), Cyclogest (30), Duphaston (20), Utrogestan (15), Aspirin (15), Amoxiklav (20), Tylenol (10) and IVF-C (25,000 IU)
  • Includes 5 hormone tests every 3 days post-ET - Includes post-ET hormone test for hCG monitoring (1)
  • Includes all related doctor's fees
Remark
  • Consideration regarding the amount of stimulation and number of days will be at the sole discretion of the responsible doctor
  • In the event that the patient's eggs do not react favorably the stimulation treatment, no refunds will be provided
  • Any remaining stimulation medication at the completion of the stimulation phase cannot be stored for future IVF procedures

Preoperative

Material to be prepared for conducting IVF

  1. Preparing the basic checkup report (valid for three months):

        Mother-to-be:

    • CBC, Rh Blood Group, ABO Blood Group, Hb Typing, Anti HIV (Screening), RPR (VDRL), HBsAg, Anti HCV, Anti HBs, Chromosome study, Rubella IgG, AMH, TSH, Prolactin (PRL), Thin Prep Pap test, FSH, Transvaginal Ultrasound
    • Cervical smear examination: The result shall be considered as effective only within 12 months.
    • Electrocardiogram and chest X-ray are also needed for the person who is 45 years old and older.

        Father-to-be:

    • CBC, Rh Blood Group, ABO Blood Group, Hb Typing, Anti HIV (Screening), RPR (VDRL), HBsAg, Anti HCV, Anti HBs, Chromosome study, Sperm Analysis
    • Semen analysis.
  1. Copy of passport of husband and wife

  2. Copy of marriage certificate

  3. Visa processing: Because you are not allowed to stay in Thailand for more than 15 days by Visa on Arrival and it cannot be extended, it is necessary to apply for a single entry tourist visa in advance. Required documents:
    • Passport that is valid for more than six months and its copy
    • A complete tourist visa application form
    • A 2-inch color photo that was taken within six months
    • Copy of round-trip tickets and confirmed tickets including the ticket numbers
    • The original guarantee letter in English or Thai from the applicant's domestic company, school or Subdistrict Office (including the applicant's name, purpose of going to Thailand and the duration of stay in Thailand; the letter must guarantee the applicant's return to China on time, with the address and telephone number of the company, and the official seal of the company, including the name, position and signature of the person in charge)
