Scar Condition
Incisions begin above the hairline at the temples, extend in a natural line in front of the ear (or just inside the cartilage at the front of the ear), and continue behind the earlobe to the lower scalp.
Condition
  • If the face-lift candidate had ever been injected filler (eg. Restylane, Juvederm, etc.) at the treated area for more than a year and the filler has not been found (totally degraded), there is no extra charge for filler removal.
  • In case of, filler injection for less than a year or the filler is still noticeable (investigated by a plastic surgeon), the extra charge will be applied.
    • The filler is noticeable and be found, there will be an extra charge for removal.
    • The Silicone or Collagen have been found, there will be an extra charge for removal.

Preoperative

Before Surgery

  • In preparation for the surgery, you are going to be required to:
    • Stop taking aspirin, anti-inflammatory drugs and herbal supplements since they can increase bleeding.
    • Stop drunking water and eating at least 6-8 hours before procedure.
Recovery
  • The patient usually returns to work in seven to ten days and even sooner with an endoscopic forehead lift.
  • The patient must limit more strenuous activities for several weeks. Full recovery from bruising takes from two to three weeks.
  • One should limit sun exposure for several months to avoid hyperpigmentation of the forehead which can occur as a result of sunlight exposure during the first three to six months after the procedure has been performed.
